Should I stop taking my medication before the exam?

How to get started
01
We prepare your account
We open your account and, together with you, enter into the portal your institution’s details, services with their duration and price, staff with their working hours, and the knowledge base with answers to common questions.
02
We connect your number
You get a new number, or you keep your own and forward calls to the assistant. You pay for forwarding at your carrier’s rate.
03
The assistant picks up
From the first call, every conversation is in the portal: who called, why, and what was agreed.
What happens after the call
Everything the assistant does is in one place for your staff: the portal.
A record of every call
Every call gets a record in the portal: the reason for the call, a short AI summary, the full transcript, the recording, the outcome, and the linked appointment when one was booked, moved or cancelled.
The appointment in the calendar
Appointments the assistant books appear directly in the portal calendar, marked as booked by the assistant.
The list refreshes by itself
The call list and the calendar refresh by themselves while they are open, so staff see new calls and appointments without reloading the page.
The overview in numbers
For a period you choose, the overview shows the number of calls received, appointments booked by the assistant, the share of calls resolved without staff, calls by hour of day, and call outcomes.
Export and print
Call lists, the calendar and reports can be exported to CSV or printed.
Access log
Every view of a call, every playback of a recording and every export is written to the access log, and administrators see the whole log.
What if?
What if the assistant doesn’t know the answer?
It says it doesn’t have that information and offers to have the institution call the caller back. In the call log you see the reason for the call and a summary, so you know whom you are calling and why. Once you add to the knowledge base, the assistant knows the answer from the next call.
What if a caller says they have urgent symptoms?
The assistant does not advise or assess. It tells the caller to call emergency services on 112. AiMED Voice is an administrative tool: it does not interpret symptoms or advise on therapy.
What if someone calls outside working hours?
The assistant answers at any hour: by day, at night, on weekends and on holidays. Calls outside working hours are marked separately in the call log.
What if a caller wants to move or cancel an appointment?
The assistant books, reschedules and cancels appointments. It finds open slots by service and doctor, taking working hours and absences into account, and the appointment appears in the portal calendar right away.
Who can see the recording of a call?
Only the clinic the patient called can see the recordings, transcripts and summaries. Every view of a call is recorded in the access log. The conversation recording is deleted 30 days after the call, and at the patient’s request we delete the data permanently.
Does the caller know they are talking to an AI assistant?
Yes. At the start of every call the assistant says that it is an AI assistant and that the conversation is recorded. Nothing is presented as a conversation with a person.
Would the assistant work in your healthcare institution?
We will show you how the assistant works with your services and calendar.
